FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and is intended for surgical treatment of dacryostenosis by intubation of lachrymal passages. Two guide lines are antegrade to the lachrymal passages through the upper and lower lachrymal ducts by means of a hollow probe. Line passing through the lower duct is fastened on one of the ends of the silicone tube with a single knot and first retrograde to the lower lachrymal opening. Line is separated from the tube, and the second line drawn through the upper duct is tied to the same end of the tube. Tube is antegrade from the side of the upper lachrymal point into the nasal cavity.
EFFECT: invention provides recovery of the lachrymal passage, simplification of the silicone drainage installation procedure in the lachrymal passages.
