SUBSTANCE: invention discloses three different composition of drops used for treatment of dry eye syndrome. The composition № 1 comprises: polyhexamethylene guanidine phosphate, phosphate buffer, sodium chloride, collidon VA64 and purified water. The composition № 2 comprises: polyhexamethylene guanidine phosphate, methylcellulose, phosphate buffer, sodium chloride and purified water. The composition № 3 comprises: polyhexamethylene guanidine phosphate, dextrane, phosphate buffer, sodium chloride and purified water. Proposed compositions elicit advantages as compared with known ones, they don't cause formation of scums in eye and provide absence of toxic and irritating effect in prolonged using.
EFFECT: improved and valuable medicinal properties of drops.
