FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology.
SUBSTANCE: gel contains a rare-sewed polyacrylic acid and-or its derivatives, polyethylene oxide aqueous solution, 1 (β-oxyethyl)-4,6-dimethyl-1,2-dihydro-2-oxypyrimidin (ximedon), benzalkonium chloridum, disodium edetate (trilon B), gentamicin sulphate, purified water. The method of gel preparation is the following: at intensive hashing in a dry powder of the rare-sewed polyacrylic acid and-or its derivatives add an aqueous solution of the polyethylene oxide taken, at least, in tenfold excess on mass in relation to a powder. Then at hashing, add the purified water, correct pH to value of 6.0-7.0 by the sodium hydroxide solution, add at hashing alkaline solution of the stabiliser preliminary prepared in a separate reactor, preservative and an antibiotic by mixing of aqueous solutions of benzalkonium chloridum, disodium edetate and gentamicin sulphate with the subsequent addition of the sodium hydroxide solution, then add ximedon and again correct pH. Sterilise the received gel.
EFFECT: homogeneous, congenerous, having optimum necessary viscosity, osmolarity the ophthalmologic gel possessing rehydration function, keratoprotection and reparative function.
