SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to an anti-stress drink. Disclosed is an anti-stress drink including a 50% aqueous solution of plasmolysate obtained from brewer’s yeast enriched with extracts of eleutherococcus, in terms of eleutheroside B, milk thistle, in terms of silymarin, and licorice root, in terms of glyceram, glycine, L-carnitine, magnesium chelate and selenium in 2-valent form in the form of Selecor Maxi, drinking water taken in certain quantities per 1 liter of the drink.
EFFECT: above-described drink has anti-stress activity.
