FIELD: preparation of water-naphtha residue emulsions.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a device for preparation of emulsions. (57) Device intended for preparation of water- naphtha residue, which may be used in boiler plants. The device is supplied with the emulsifier mounted on the force side of the pump and connected through a pressure pipeline with a tank for preparation of emulsions equipped with a steam jacket, a mechanical stirrer and a warmed batching container located in front of the tank for preparation of an emulsions and connected both with the force and sucking pipelines, a thermal relay - all mounted on the tank for preparation of emulsions and the batching container. The technical result consists in production of a water- naphtha residue emulsion with dispersion particles of a necessary size.
EFFECT: the invention ensures production of a water- naphtha residue emulsion with dispersion particles of a necessary size.
