The complex for the preparation of emulsions has a pump with a flexible suction hose, shut-off valves, safety relief valves, a heated tank for the preparation of emulsions, is also equipped with a steam jacket, supply and circulation pipelines of emulsified fuel, a level switch, a dosing tank, a thermal relay, a mechanical stirrer, while additionally contains a settling tank with a moving truss, a dispersion tank, which is installed after the receiving tank, and after the dispersion tank, the homogenization tank is installed, also contains a moisture meter, installed in the receiving and dosing tanks, the receiving tank is additionally equipped with a centrifuge, and the dispersion tank contains a dispersant, also the complex for preparing emulsions contains a coarse filter installed after the receiving tank and a fine filter installed before the dispersion tank, injection pumps are installed on the pipeline circuit, emulsion flow uniformity relays are installed on the homogenization tank: a pycnometer and a cavitator with a pressure gauge, as well as a dosing tank contains an emulsion flow density relay: pycnometer and emulsion flow uniformity relay.

EFFECT: high quality of the prepared emulsion, as well as the expansion of the scope of the complex, which makes it possible to prepare oil-water and diesel oil emulsions from emergency oil and fuel oil spills collected both on land and on water.
