FIELD: iron and steel industry; preparation of iron-ore raw materials for a metallurgical conversion.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method of enrichment of magnetite ores and is dealt with field of preparation of iron-ore raw materials for a metallurgical conversion. The method may be used in for dressing in production of a magnetite concentrate. The technical result of the invention is raise an actual output of the final concentrate production, raise of its quality and the concentrate cost reduction. For this purpose the method provides for a stage of a source material comminution, a stage of a magnetic separation, a stage of grading in hydrocyclones and output of the final concentrate. The comminuted product is fed in a two-spiral grader, where it is separated for two products - sands and discharge. At that the sands are sent back into the comminution device for an additional comminution, and the discharge is fed for magnetic separation of the 1-st stage. Tailings of the 1-st stage of the magnetic separation are fed in a tail launder, and the rough concentrate is once more sent for repurification by the spiral separators with production of a final concentrate and middlings. The final concentrate is taken out from the technological process and middlings are fed for grading into the hydrocyclones, where the middlings are graded for sands and discharge. The produced sands are fed for additional comminution into the comminution device of the 2-nd comminution stage and for magnetic separation with extraction of the final tailings directed to the tail launder, and middlings fed into the pump sump. Discharge from the hydrocyclones is directed to the 3-d stage of magnetic separation with output of the final tailings. During repurification operation of the magnetic separation of the 3-d stages they extract two products - the final concentrate and middlings sent back in the circulation. The operation of gravitation allows to reduce essentially a circulating loading in the next stage of comminution and to increase the share of iron in the concentrate.
EFFECT: the invention allows to raise an actual output of the final concentrate, its quality and to reduce the concentrate production costs.
