FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: method for obtaining a magnetite concentrate involves classification, aftergrinding, magnetic separation and magnetic deslurrying so that magnetite concentrate and final tailings are obtained. Prior to aftergrinding of crude magnetite concentrate, first, it is prepared by compacting and deactivation, magnetic-gravitational concentration in an ascending flow and an electromagnetic flux is performed so that final tailings and a rough concentrate is obtained, and classification of the crude concentrate in coarse and fine products is performed. A coarse product is finally ground before it is combined with the fine product with further deslurrying and magnetic separation.
EFFECT: improving efficiency of a process for obtaining high-quality magnetite concentrates; reducing mass fraction of hazardous impurities.
