FIELD: screening equipment for classifying of bulk materials.
SUBSTANCE: screen has carrier frame, box mounted on carrier frame and composed of side beams and transverse beams positioned between side beams along box length, vibration exciter, sieving metal surfaces arranged one above another, and longitudinal beam. Longitudinal beam has U-shaped or box-shaped section and is positioned in box central part on transverse beams and is rigidly connected thereto. Lower sieving surface is defined by trays having sides mounted between box side beams and longitudinal beam and rigidly fixed on transverse beams. Upper sieving surface is defined by upper sections, which are fixed with their one side on box side beams and with their other side on longitudinal beam by means of fastening device. Curtains fixed on lower surfaces of upper sections are lowered into trays along sides thereof. Sieving openings may be formed in sections by gas or plasma cutting process.
EFFECT: increased service life, improved maintainability and convenient use.
