FIELD: mining and construction industry, agriculture and other branches of industry.
SUBSTANCE: separator has casing, dosing device, fan, inclined plate cascade, unloading devices for collecting of large-sized and fine fraction. Plate cascade is fixed in casing and positioned so that its inclination angle may be adjusted. Casing has preparing chamber and large-sized and fine particle separating chambers and is attached to carrier frame. Inclined plate cascade is positioned in preparing chamber, which is equipped with vibrator, shock-absorber and elastic collar for connection to large-sized particle separation chamber. Each plate of plate cascade is fixed at predetermined angle with respect to air flow. Large-sized and fine particle collecting devices are made in the form of replaceable pocket cassettes, which are fixed in bottoms of large-sized and fine particle separating chambers. Fine fraction separating chamber has increasing width of section transverse to air flow for reducing horizontal speed of medium flow.
EFFECT: wider operational capabilities and improved quality of material particle separation process.
