FIELD: space rocket engineering, applicable in the systems of prestarting filling of the final stages of booster rockets (acceleration units).
SUBSTANCE: the offered system has a cryogen storage tank, liquid oxygen pump and a heat-exchanger-cooler connected through a filling line to the board oxidant tank filling pipeline. The mentioned heat exchanger made in the form of a cryogen tank with a liquid coolant, whose gas cavity communicates with a vacuum pump is provided with a sealed inner vessel installed in it with a clearance. The lower part of the mentioned vessel through stop valves communicates with the cryogen storage tank and the board filling pipeline. The upper part of the given vessel has a drain branch pipe and is connected to the gas supercharging source. Due to it, a full amount of oxygen to be filled in the tank may be placed in the heat exchanger supercooling it to a high degree before it is fed to the feeling pipeline. The accuracy of the obtained required supercooling temperature and the precision of filling with oxygen are enhanced.
EFFECT: enhanced procedure of filling and, as a result, improved characteristics of the accelerating unit.
