FIELD: rocket-cosmic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: the invention refers to rocket-cosmic equipment and may be used in systems of prelaunch filling primarily of the first and the second stages of carriers. The proposed mode includes feeding of liquid supercooled cryogenic component to the bottom of the tank and conducting into drainage its vapors, filling the tank to the demanded level with the supercooled cryogenic component and leveling its temperature in the tank.
Directly before the feeding of the liquid supercooled cryogenic component into the lower part of the tank this component is supplied in boiling state. The quantity of the supplied component is chosen so that in the process of filling the tank the surface layer of this boiling component covering the level of the supercooled component be preserved. Availability of this layer prevents from overshooting of the supercooled component into the gas cavity of the tank at impact upon the system of wind forces, and the thick vapor screen reliably isolates the surface of the liquid component from contacting with gas sphere of the tank.
EFFECT: simplification of the technology and reduction of filling time, reduction of corresponding expenditures and increase of mass of putting payload.
