FIELD: waste water treatment.
SUBSTANCE: fertilized sludge is first added to suspension at stirring and heating. To homogenized mixture is then added water-soluble ferrous salt and alkali agent to pH 9-10. Process is carried out for 25-30 min to achieve heating temperature 50-60оС at the end of the process. Finally, mixture in reactor is bubbled with air.
EFFECT: reduced expenses on chemical stabilization of galvanic sludge suspensions and lowered toxicity of galvanic sludge fertilization products.
