SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the methods of purification of the industrial waste waters, in particular, to the methods of the adsorption purification of the waste waters of the galvanic productions from the ions of the heavy metals and may be used in mechanical engineering, instrument-making industry and electronic industry. The method of the waste waters purification of the galvanic productions provides for production of the ferritized galvanic slime in the process of neutralization of the galvanic productions waste waters settlings by the method of ferritization, the galvanic slime dehydration, drying and crushing, addition in the reactor into waste waters of the crushed ferritized galvanic slime, stirring action of the produced mixture within 120 minutes, separation of the phases and return of the purified water in the production process. At that a part of the ferritized galvanic slime with the humidity of approximately 95 % at the mass ratio of the ions of the heavy metals containing in the waste waters to the solid phase of the slime equal to 1:10 is fed to the stage of the waste waters neutralization, and the other part after its drying is used as the sorbent for purification of the waste waters at the mass ratio of the ions of the heavy metals containing in the waste waters to the solid phase of the slime equal to 1:15. The technical result of the invention is the deep purification of the waste waters of the galvanic productions from the ions of the heavy metals, intensification of the process of clarification of the waste waters, reduction of the amount of the formed settlings.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the deep purification of the galvanic productions waste waters from the ions of the heavy metals, intensification of the process of the waste waters clarification, reduction of the amount of the formed settlings.
