FIELD: antifriction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an antifriction material based on fluoroplastic with carbon filling agent. Material comprises additionally distilled monoglycerides of grade MGD as a plasticizing agent. Fluoroplastic F-4D is used as fluoroplastic and ultradispersed thermographite TPG is used as a carbon filling agent. Components are taken in the following amounts, vol.%: fluoroplastic F-4D, 24.947-64.952; ultradispersed thermographite TPG, 34.953-74.943; distilled monoglycerides of grade MGD, 0.095-0.110. Invention provides preparing material eliciting high physical-mechanical, antifriction properties, high biostability, thermal and chemical stability and showing ecological purity also.
