FIELD: petrochemical industry; systems of injection of a source material for catalytic cracking - process.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the systems of injection of a source material for catalytic cracking - process and, in particular, with the feeding injectors used for catalytic cracking - process. The injector contains the first pipe for formation of a channel to transit the first dispersing gas through it; the first head covering the butt of the first pipe. At that the first head contains at least one passing through it exhaust channel, fitted to exhaustion of the first dispersing gas into a liquid hydrocarbonaceous source material; the second pipe enveloping the first pipe and spaced from it to form between them a ring-type space forming the channel for transit of a liquid hydrocarbonaceous source material through it; the second head covering the butt of the second pipe, at that the second head is spaced from the first head to form a mixing zone between them for mixing a liquid hydrocarbonaceous material with the first dispersing gas. The second head contains at least one ring-shaped through slot made as an exhaust channel. A that the indicated channel practically coincides with the exhaust channel in the first head and is adapted to exhaustion of the indicated mixture of the liquid hydrocarbonaceous source material and the first dispersing gas, and in which the third pipe is used to envelop the second pipe and to form the ring-type space between them for creation of a channel for transit of the second dispersing gas through it. The invention allows to produce an updated system of injection of a source material with its underfeed for use in catalytic cracking-processes, which ensures the best distribution of a source material in a column of a reactor.
