PROCEDURE FOR CATALYST CRACKING HYDROCARBON STOCK AND DEVICE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC C10G11/18 

FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to procedure for catalyst cracking hydrocarbon stock at fine-dispersed catalyst producing target products. The procedure consists in preliminary and additional dispersion of liquid stock with water vapour and in spraying it into an upstream of regenerated catalyst via slit orifices, in contacting sprayed raw material and catalyst in cyclone separators in a direct flow reactor, in separation of catalyst cracking products from dead catalyst in the cyclone separators arranged in a separation zone, in supply of dead catalyst into a steam-stripping zone and in separation entrained hydrocarbons from it by treating with water vapour. Also, liquid stock is preliminary dispersed through treatment in a zone mixing flow of stock supplied from the stock line coaxially to the mixing zone with high speed jets of water vapour. The jets are supplied from circular space around the mixing zone radially to centre of cross section of stock flow. Additionally, stock flow from the raw material line is supplied to the mixing zone via an expanding conic channel at angle of expansion 24-55° and at average linear speed at inlet to the mixing zone 1.9-4.2 m/s. Ratio of average linear speed of stock flow at inlet to the mixing zone to linear speed of raw material flow in the stock line is 0.2-0.6. The invention also refers to the device for hydrocarbon stock catalyst cracking.

EFFECT: improved selectivity of process for production of coke and dry gas, increased output of benzene.
