FIELD: measurement technology.

SUBSTANCE: device can be used for measuring flow rate of liquids having ionic conduction. Flowmeter has two electrodes to contact with outer wall of pipeline 's part made of non-ferrous material. Additional electrode is introduced into wall of pipeline until pipeline meets liquid to be measured. Additional electrode is isolated from pipeline by insulating sleeve and connected with one of inputs of comparator. Second input of comparator is connected with one of two electrodes located closer to additional electrode than the other one. Internal surface of channel of insulating sleeve has flange which size is equal or exceeds triple diameter of contact surface.

EFFECT: simplified design; improved reliability.
