FIELD: medicine, hematology.
SUBSTANCE: one should detect leukocytes of peripheral blood, moreover, in patient's peripheral blood and bone marrow one should simultaneously detect leukocytic taxis energy (LTE) and at LTE gradient value being 0.05 and below one should detect the risk for disease progressing to be minimal, at its value ranged 0.06-0.15 the risk is concluded to be as average, and at the value being above 0.15 the risk for disease progressing should be established as maximal. The method enables to simplify prediction of disease flow and perform this prediction before appearance of corresponding clinical and morphological signs and, also, provides prescription of adequate therapy in due time.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of prediction.
