SUBSTANCE: claimed method of predicting overall survival of patients with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia at stage A, including the determination of an index of the ratio of the absolute content of NK cells to the absolute content of CLL cells at the moment of the diagnosis formulation, where if the value of the index of the ratio of NK-cells/CLL cells equals 0.07 and more, a favourable (survival of 5 years and more), and if the value of the index is lower than 0.07 - an unfavourable (survival of less than 5 years) prediction of the patient's life is made.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of the prediction of overall survival of CLL patients, obtaining an additional criterion for the determination of the patients' life expectancy.
