FIELD: fiber-optic equipment engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has external engaged element forming a wedge-shaped port, and wedge-shaped internal engaged element mounted in port and meant for placement of fiber-optic element and winding its carrying element in backward direction in such a way, that at least a portion of carrying element is placed between inner wall of port and outer wall of inner element for facilitating tensioning. Inner engaged element is mounted in outer engaged element with possible clamping of carrying element between inner engaged element and inner port wall while applying tensioning force to fiber-optic element. Inner engaged element is mounted with possible displacement in outer engaged element and contains at least one lug for winding of carrying element in backward direction. At least one lug forms an outer wall of said inner engaged element for clamp of at least one carrying element. Each lug is provided with fixing paw for fixing one or more carrying elements.

EFFECT: simplified construction and lesser weight.
