SUBSTANCE: one should introduce three needles with dorsal access from both sides against a vertebra, moreover, two of them should be introduced para-aortally, the third - peraortally, to the front against patient's aorta under control of computer-tomographic scanning; through needles one should introduce the mixture of anesthetizing solution, at first, and roentgenopositive roentgenocontrast substance, then - air followed by denervation: due to introducing alcoholic neurolytic solution by applying the largest part of the dose at lesion side. The present innovation favors increased possibility for valuable denervation of celiac plexus due to its valuable impregnation with an anesthetizing solution.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
