FIELD: medicine, orthopedics, traumatology.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with removing pain syndrome in patients at traumas and degenerative-dystrophic diseases of a hip joint. Anterior semi-circular infiltration should be carried out due to applying an injection needle through the point that separates external third of a line made from external point of greater trochanter bottom towards the top of pubic tubercle at patient's back lying position, perpendicular to frontal plane up to anterior surface of hip joint's capsule followed by injecting the part of anesthetizing solution into anterior-lateral segment of peri-articular space, then it is necessary to withdraw the needle back to move it along anterior capsular surface being perpendicular to the axis of collum femoris downwards, where after the puncture of anterior fascio-capsular knot one should inject another part of solution into anterior segment of peri-articular space, then the needle should be withdrawn back to move it upwards along the surface of articular surface, where after the puncture of anterior-lateral fascio-capsular knot one should inject remained part of the solution into the upper segment of peri-articular space; posterior semi-circular infiltration should be fulfilled due to applying injection needle through the point that separates external third of the line made from the back from sacral top towards external point of greater trochanter bottom being perpendicular frontal plane up to posterior surface of hip joint's capsule, then one should inject the part of anesthetizing solution into posterior segment of peri-articular space, then the needle should be withdrawn back to be moved downwards along articular capsule up to the puncture of posterior-inferior fascio-capsular knot, then one should introduce remained part of solution into inferior-median segment of peri-articular space that provides more complete infiltration of peri-articular tissue with solution.
