SUBSTANCE: the suggested method deals with the blockade of presacral plexus under laparoscopic control due to the following technique: at the level of the middle of the cape of the 5^th lumbar and the 1^st sacral vertebrae one should fulfill the puncture of peritoneum and introduce medicinal solution into presacral space, it contains 94 ml 0.25%-novocain solution, 60 mg naphthidrofuril, 2 ml mexidol and 2 ml vitamin B12. Through the needle it is necessary to apply a catheter into area of lumbar-sacral symphysis, its opposite end should be withdrawn onto anterior abdominal wall to be fixed there. Along the catheter one should introduce medicinal solution for about 3-5 d. The innovation provides stable curative effect at decreased frequency of complications.
