FIELD: medicine, in particular, surgical equipment for applying of clips onto organ or tissue.
SUBSTANCE: organ or tissue stitching-stapling apparatus has thrust casing with matrix for bending up of clips, movable clip incorporating casing, clip ejector, drive and spring-loaded closer arranged in clip incorporating casing slot. Thrust casing and clip ejector are provided with stop recesses for closer. Slot in clip incorporating casing and stop recess in clip ejector are spaced by equal distances from clip bending matrix. Stop recess is offset toward working end of thrust casing by distance defining maximal organ and tissue receiving gap. Clip ejector has stapling gap regulator.
EFFECT: increased efficiency owing to improved engagement of working parts of stitching-stapling apparatus with organs and tissues and convenient usage.
