SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring optical cornea-iris system reflection coefficient at wavelength of λ = 650 nm. The coefficient values belonging to an interval from 0.035 to 0.045, YAG-laser power is to belong to an interval of 1.1-2.0 mJ in performing initial treatment applied to periapical zone in inferior iris segment, argon laser power is to belong to an interval of 75 to 83 mJ and YAG-laser power is to belong to an interval of 1.0-2.0 mJ in performing final stage treatment.
EFFECT: high accuracy of the method.
