SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. A preliminary intravitreal injection of the VEGF inhibitor ranibizumab is carried out in an amount of 0.05 ml. At the same time, 10 days after the introduction of the inhibitor, sectoral iridoplasty is performed with a laser with a power of 800 mW, a wavelength of 532 nm, a spot diameter of 100 mcm, along a circular arc of 40 angular degrees, 40 applications are applied. Then, laser iridectomy is performed at 12 hours with a YAG laser with a power of 3 mJ, a wavelength of 1064 nm, with the application of 5 appliques. Next, a non-penetrating deep sclerectomy is performed with the introduction of 0.1 ml of the HealaFlow drainage implant.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce neovascularization and proliferation of connective tissue, achieve a stable hypotensive effect, reduce the likelihood of transition from open-angle glaucoma to closed-angle glaucoma and the risk of hemorrhagic complications during surgery, preserve visual functions.
