SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the preparative form of stable aqueous solution of interferon being free of preserving agent or component isolated from human blood and this form comprises the following components: (a) interferon-alpha; (b) buffer system for maintenance of pH in the range 4.5-9.0; (c) stabilizing agent; (d) non-ionic surface-active substance; (e) regulating agent of osmotic pressure. Also, invention discloses a method for preparing and using the preparative form of stable aqueous solution of interferon in treatment of viral, tumor and immune diseases. Invention provides enhancing the stability of an aqueous solution of interferon.
