FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular, fine grinding equipment for various kinds of materials.

SUBSTANCE: cam-type mill has housing, cam-like members mounted inside housing, charging hopper and discharge device. Cams are mounted on disk end surfaces along concentric circles for engagement with one another. Each of said cams-like members is made in the form of truncated pyramid and has trapezium shape in sections extending in parallel with disks. Both disks are positioned for rotation inside housing. Inclined slots are formed in lower part of housing, one of their walls being inclined in direction opposite to direction of rotation of disks. Concentric circles along which cams are arranged may be of different diameters.

EFFECT: simplified construction, increased efficiency and improved quality of grinding.
