FIELD: mining; construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of grinding and can be used, in particular, in the mining and construction industries, in the energy sector. Dismembrator includes a housing with loading discharge pipes in which the fixed and movable working bodies are vertically mounted. Working bodies are made in the form of discs with located radially on the facing each other discs surfaces rows of beaters, at that, each beater is located with a gap between the opposite disc impact beaters adjacent rows. Axis of the electric drive is mechanically fixed to the center of the movable disc of the working body. Surfaces of the movable and fixed disks facing each other are made in the form of the surfaces of two truncated cones intersecting the forming surfaces, the first of which is performed in the central part of the discs as a surface of truncated cone diverging at an angle of 55÷65°, and the surface of the second part of the recess forms a part of the side surface of the second cone diverging at an angle of 140÷160°, a large base of the first truncated cone forms a circle lying at the intersection of the side surfaces of these cones. Loading hole is performed on a fixed disc in the area of the small base of the first cone, and the axis of the rotating movable disk drive is mechanically fixed to the center of the small base of the first truncated cone of the rotating disc. On the surface of the peripheral circumference of the movable disc the ventilation blades, made with a bend in the direction of rotation of the disc at an angle of 132÷138° to the direction of movement, are evenly placed. Discharge pipe is made on the body in the form of a spiral snail, the output channel is made in the form of a Laval nozzle, directed tangentially to the direction of rotation of the working disc and consisting of two conical funnels, one of which is designed as truncated cone converging at an angle of 55÷65°, and the second of these funnels is made in the form of cone diverging at an angle of 10÷20°.
EFFECT: dismembrator provides improved performance of the grinding process with a decrease in the dispersion of particles of raw materials.
