FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grinding, dispersion and mechanical activation of materials, including materials with nanostructure, and can be used, in particular, in mining and construction industry, in power engineering, in process circuits of concentrating mills. Dismembrator includes housing with loading and unloading branch pipes, in which fixed and movable working elements in the form of discs with rows of destructive elements are installed vertically. Breaking elements in the form of beats are located radially on facing surfaces of disks, wherein each destructive element is located with a gap between adjacent rows of destructive elements of the opposite disc. In addition, the dismembrator comprises a pressure pipe, a compressor, ventilation blades, a collecting funnel and a hopper. Crushing elements are installed so that their contour radially from the center to the periphery forms a profile of two isosceles trapezoids having a common small base, at that one of the trapezoids narrows from the disk center to its periphery at an angle α=60÷70°, and second - expands at opening angle α1=15÷25° from small base to periphery. In the pressure connection pipe arranged on the grinding chamber side surface, an air duct channel is made, the outlet of which is located at the raw material loading point. Compressor is attached to the flange of the delivery branch pipe. Chamber body is made in the form of a volute with an unloading branch pipe on its protruding part. Discharge channel of unloading branch pipe is made in the form of Laval nozzle directed tangentially to direction of movable disk rotation.

EFFECT: dismembrator provides higher efficiency of grinding process with simultaneous reduction of dispersion of produced product.
