FIELD: disintegrators and crushing devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of grinding, dispersing, mechanical activation of materials and can be used, for example, in mining or construction industry. Disintegrator comprises housing with loading and unloading branch pipes, stationary and movable working elements arranged in housing, made in the form of disks with rows of grinding elements-beats. Rows of beating elements are arranged radially on disk surfaces facing each other. Each element-beater is located with a gap between adjacent rows of elements-beats of the opposite disk. Axis of the electric drive is mechanically fixed to the center of the movable disk of the working body. Additionally the disintegrator contains ventilation blades, collecting funnel and hopper. Surfaces of movable and fixed discs facing each other are made in the form of plates so that they form in any radial section a gap varying according to the law of two isosceles trapezoids with common small base h. One of the equilateral trapezoids converges from the center of the disks to the periphery at an angle of convergence ϕ, lying in range of 45÷60°, and second isosceles trapezoid is divergent at angle of convergence ϕ1, lying in range of 10÷20°. Length of grinding elements-beats varies linearly in proportion to change of radial section clearance. Gap δ between free ends of grinding elements-beats and surface of opposite disk is made identical and lying in range 1.5÷2 mm. On the surface of the periphery of the movable disk, ventilation blades are arranged, which are uniformly distributed along the said surface and mechanically connected to it. In said blades there is bend directed to disk rotation direction at angle of 132÷138° to direction of movement, and discharge pipe is made on housing in form of spiral coil, outlet channel of which is directed tangentially to direction of rotation of working disk and is made in form of Laval nozzle. Laval nozzle represents two conical funnels, one of which is made in the form of converging at angle of 45÷60° truncated cone, and second of said funnels is made in form of diverging at angle of 10÷20° cone.
EFFECT: disintegrator makes it possible to increase efficiency of grinding process with simultaneous reduction of dispersity of raw material particles.
