FIELD: coordinate apparatuses with linear electric motors and program control, possibly in precision machine tools for cutting out and cutting sheet materials and applying different patterns onto flat surfaces.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes base, working table, compressed air source, program control unit, two mutually parallel lateral guides mounted along opposite sides of base, portal beam mounted with possibility of reverse motion along guides of base, head with working tool mounted with possibility of reverse motion along portal beam, units for moving portal beam and head with working tool. Said units for moving are in the form of lateral and portal linear electric motors having stator and inductor. Stator of each lateral electric motor is mounted along lateral guide; stator of portal linear electric motor is mounted along portal beam. Movable inductor of each linear electric motor is provided with three-side aerostatic supports. Ends of portal beam are secured to inductors of lateral electric motors by means of portal supports. Head with working tool is mounted on inductor of portal linear electric motor. One portal support is in the form of bearing rotation assembly with vertical axle rigidly mounted in one end of portal beam. Body of bearing assembly is rigidly secured to movable inductor of respective lateral linear electric motor. Other portal support is in the form of bearing rotation assembly with vertical axle kinematically joined with unit for linear motion in plane normal relative to rotation axis of bearing assembly and having movable member and guides. Body of said bearing assembly is rigidly secured to movable inductor of other lateral linear electric motor. Axle of bearing assembly is rigidly secured to movable member of linear motion unit whose guides are rigidly mounted on respective end of portal beam. Said linear motion unit is provided with mechanism for adjusting gaps and linear motion pickup electrically connected with program control unit.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and operational reliability of coordinate apparatus.
