FIELD: means of pick-up in the air of mainly recoverable objects of aviation materiel and space rocketry.
SUBSTANCE: the method consists in separation of a part of the locked-on object at preservation of its mechanical coupling to it, retaining of the separable part at a distance from the locked-on object and its mechanical engagement by a part of the locking-on object (aircraft or helicopter). The attitude of the separable part made in the form of a rotor is stabilized relative to the locked-on object imparting a kinetic torque to it, whose vector is directed at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the locked-on object. Due to rotation of the rotor, an aerodynamic holding force is produced. This force may be supplemented by reaction or aerostatic holding forces produced with the aid of the known auxiliary means (jet engines or bottles). Besides, an orienting force of the aerodynamic or aerostatic nature directed at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the locked-on object may be applied to the mentioned rotor.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability and safety of pick-up of objects, expanded field of application and store of the hardware components.
