SUBSTANCE: invention relates to immunoglobulin E (IgE), IgE-antagonists, anti-IgE antibodies able for binding with human IgE and to a method for improving polypeptides involving anti-IgE antibodies. Invention provides preparing the improved polypeptides that don't elicit not only the "inactivation" effect in izomerization reaction of aspartyl residue but elicits the affinity property to the molecule-target, for example, to antigen.
EFFECT: improved improving method, valuable medicinal and immunological properties of antibody.
