FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: tool has housing provided with opening and side of variable radius which carries the belt, guiding belt unit which is mounted on the side of variable radius at its maximum radius. The unit has a projection which engages the rim of the pulley. The opening and the bolt of the pulley shaft are axially aligned allowing the side which carries the belt to abut against the groove of the pulley.
