SUBSTANCE: controlled tension device comprises base (30), rotating cantilever (32) that vibrates with respect to axle (34) secured to the base, pulley (22) connected to the rotating cantilever, spring (36) connected with the rotating cantilever, and block (52). The block presses the convex arc-shaped surface (47) of the rotating cantilever to the convex surface (54) of the block and keeps it opposite to the convex. The control member allows base (30) to be positioned depending on the spring loading.
EFFECT: improved design.
