SUBSTANCE: method includes mounting measured and reference transparent protractors on the same rotating shaft, forming shadow images of topology of both protractors, recording shadow images with the use of a photoelectric converter, and comparing the mutual position of the signal recorded.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and reliability of measurements.
