FIELD: electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio electronics and can be used in information processing devices. Filter on surface acoustic waves (SAW) comprises an acoustic line on working surface of which in one acoustic channel there are transmitting and receiving transducers, each of which comprises applied on surface of acoustic line a solid metal film, on which there is a film of zinc oxide with thickness 30-40 times less than length of SAW at centre frequency of filter, on which there is a system of interdigital electrodes, in form of short-circuited grid with period equal to length of SAW, and width equal to half length of SAW at centre frequency of filter.
EFFECT: technical result is higher voltage supplied to piezoelectric film, without changing voltage supplied to converter, which leads to reducing insertion losses of filter and doubling upper limit of working frequencies of filter, since width of electrodes is more than a quarter of length of SAW at centre frequency of filter.
