SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out echocardiographic examination to determine which part of left ventricle stroke volume is deposited in aneurysm cavity during systolic period and is returned to the left ventricle during systola as flotation fraction. The flotation fraction is calculated with mathematical formula comprising stroke volume, systolic and diastolic aneurysm volume. The lower is left ventricle operation effectiveness, the higher is flotation fraction value.

EFFECT: high accuracy in determining working efficiency of left ventricle work.
