FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and can be used in treatment of injured tissues. Claimed are: hard bandage, method if its application and composition for had bandage manufacturing. Hard bandage includes one hemostatic layer, obtained from one water solution and consisting of fibrogenic component and fibrinogen activator. Fibrinogen component is contained in amount which constitutes from 1.5 mg/cm2 to 13.0 mg/cm2 of wound-facing surface of said bandage. Fibrinogen activator is contained in amount from 2.50 units/mg of said fibrinogenic component to 0.025 units/mg of said fibrinogenic component. Bandage is applied onto injured tissue with application of sufficient pressure for definite period of time, sufficient for formation of fibrin in amount sufficient for reduction of blood loss and/or other physiological fluid from said injured tissue.
EFFECT: convenience of bandage application is ensured due to simultaneous presence in its composition of fibrinogenic component and fibrinogen activator in the same layer.
