FIELD: mechanical engineering; production of multilayer panels of arbitrary curvature.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the area of engineering industry and may be used at development and production of base structures resistant to an impact loading. The offered multilayer panel of the arbitrary curvature contains a metal basis, a protection coating and an adhesive interlayer. The adhesive interlayer contains the metal powder filler in amount of α determined from a condition of equality of acoustic stiffness of the metal basis and an adhesive interlayer:[Ep α + Ead (1-α)][ ρp α + ρad (1-α)] = Eρ, where: Ep - Young's modulus of metal powder; Ead - Young's modulus of adhesive; ρp - density of metal powder substance; ρad- density of adhesive; E - Young's modulus of metal of the base; ρ - density of metal of the base. In particular, a metal basis can be made on a base(ground) of an aluminum alloy, and irregularities available on the force basis and defects are filled in with an adhesive interlayer of the following composition (in vol. %): a steel powder - 20-50; epoxy adhesive - the rest. In particular, they use BK 9 adhesive. The technical result of the invention is improved resistance of the protection coating against a split off destruction. The multilayer panel of an offered design is more adaptable to streamlined production with a decreased rejection of items in the production process.
