FIELD: decorative art.

SUBSTANCE: the method consists in processing of a transparent or low-transparent material of the product by pulse unimode laser radiation in the visible wave band and a repetition frequency of laser pulses at least 10 kHz. The picture is formed in the form of a series of points in the mass of the mentioned material without any disturbance of its surface. Each separate point of the picture is formed with the aid of a pulse packet. The device has a laser with a laser power and control unit connected to a computer, focusing system with a telecentric focusing objective lens, telescopic optical system located at the output of the mentioned laser, high-rate system of picture field scanning positioned in the axis of radiation between the mentioned telescopic and focusing systems, and a controller connected to the mentioned high-rate scanning system and the computer.

EFFECT: provided formation of stereoscopic pictures in the conditions of a moving conveyer, reduced power consumption and enhanced service life of the optical elements used in the device.
