FIELD: transport facilities and ship-raising equipment.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes hull-container and gas-forming agents. Hull-container is cigar-shaped; it is provided with locks for forming independent parts when locks are opened by command or automatically. Compressed balls located in hull-container are interconnected in succession and are provided with internal capsules filled with said gas-forming agents. Capsules may be broken at chemical reaction of gas-forming agents liberating the gas for inflation of balls which force out water.
EFFECT: complete independence of device of power sources; low cost; constant readiness for use.
