FIELD: building materials, in particular parts on the base of alkaline binding agents.

SUBSTANCE: claimed binding agent contains (mass %): coal ash mixture 80-95; calcium hydroxide 5-20; alkaline promoter (as reduced to dry substance) 5-17. Said alkaline promoter contains waste from lamp luminophor production, namely solutions of dibasic ammonium phosphate with ammonium hydroxide or dibasic ammonium calcium phosphate with potassium hydroxide, and has pH 9-10. Ash mixture and calcium hydroxide may by jointly pregrinded to afford specific surface of 4510-5500 m²/g.

EFFECT: binder of reduced cost; superset source of raw materials.
