SUBSTANCE: invention describes compound of the general formula (I): 
wherein R1 and R2 mean in each case hydrogen, halogen atom, (C1-C6)-alkyl, -OR', -SR', -NR'R'', -SOR', -SO2R', -COOR', -OCOR', -OCONR'R'', -OSO2R', -OSO2NR'R'', -NR'SO2R'', -NR'COR'', -SO2NR'R'', -SO2(CH2)1-3-CONR'R'', -CONR'R'', cyano-group, halide alkyl or nitro-group; or R' and R'' means in each case independently hydrogen atom, (C1-C6)-alkyl, substituted (C1-C6)-alkyl, aryl, heterocyclyl, heteroaryl, aryl-(C1-C3)-alkyl, heteroaryl-(C1-C3)-alkyl, heterocyclyl-(C1-C3)-alkyl, cycloalkyl-alkyl, cycloalkyl; or R' and R'' in common with nitrogen atom to which they are joined can form 5-7-membered ring comprising optionally the additional ring heteroatom taken among nitrogen (N), oxygen (O) atom or S(O)0-2; R3 means in each case independently (C1-C6)-alkyl, (C1-C6)-alkenyl, (C1-C6)-alkynyl or cycloalkyl or one among X, Y and Z means independently -O- or >N-R4 and another one means -CH2-; R4 means hydrogen atom, (C1-C6)-alkyl, halide alkyl, aryl-(C1-C6)-alkyl, heteroaryl-(C1-C6)-alkyl, -(C1-C6)-CR'R'R', -COOR', -SO2R', -C(O)-R', -SO2(CH2)0-3NR'R'', -CONR'R'' wherein R' and R'' have values as given above; p means a whole number from 1-3, inclusively; m means a whole number from 0 to 3, inclusively; n means a whole number from 1 to 6, inclusively; or individual isomers, racemic or non-racemic mixtures of isomers, or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts or solvates. Also, invention describes the pharmaceutical composition eliciting antagonistic effect with respect to muscarinic receptors M2/M3 based on compounds o0f the formula (I), and a method for preparing compounds of the formula (I). Invention provides preparing new compounds eliciting useful biological properties.
