FIELD: powder metallurgy, in particular powder-type composites for metal reprocessing industry, paper converting industry, etc.
SUBSTANCE: claimed composite contains: copper-coated graphite granules with fineness of 160-200 mum, containing 70-75 mass % of copper 16-17 mass %; copper-coated polymer granules with fineness of 50-20 mum containing 50-60 mass % of copper - 7-9 mass %; copper-coated lead granules with fineness of 50-160 mum containing 20-30 mass % of copper 5-7 mass %; and copper powder with fineness of 100-160 mum.
EFFECT: increased rupture strength, decreased friction coefficient, and improved durability.
