FIELD: powder metallurgy, in particular powder composites.
SUBSTANCE: claimed self-lubricating powder composite contains (mass %): coppered graphite grains having fineness of 160-200 mum and containing 70-75 % of copper - 16-17; coppered polymer grains having fineness of 50-200 mum and containing 50-60 % of copper - 7-9; coppered nickel grains having fineness of 100-200 mum and containing 25-35 % of copper - 3-5; coppered chromium grains having fineness of 25-75 mum and containing 30-40 % of copper - 6-8; and copper powder having fineness of 100-160 mum. Material of present invention is useful in metal processing, paper converting industry, etc.
EFFECT: matrix with increased hardness, wear resistance, and improved durability.
