FIELD: valving.

SUBSTANCE: control valving device has outer housing provided with movable valving member made of a sealing cylinder. The cylinder is mounted in the internal housing for permitting axial movement by the gear rack. The rack engages the shaft-gear. The shaft-gear has driving member. The outer housing receives a ring shaped insert. The shape of the insert is made in its making depending on the fluid flow rate required. The outer face of the insert receives a ring made of a sealing material. The sealing cylinder is provided with the ring outer projection on the valving face. The projection is mounted for abutting against the ring made of a flexible material and locking by the pressure of the fluid when the valve is shut off.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability and improved functional capabilities.
