FIELD: devices for high-speed launching of solid bodies, in particular, by a shaped-charge explosion.
SUBSTANCE: the barrel is made with a stepped-shape inner axial cylindrical channel, the number of steps is not less than three, the step diameters gradually increase to the outlet edge of the barrel. Disks of explosive and metal are positioned on the end faces of the steps. Positioned on the extreme step of the barrel is a two-step cylinder-shaped explosive, with the launched protective plastic shell and metal piercer with a tapered head and tubular-shaped tail end with an explosive step of smaller diameter positioned inside it. The barrel body is made composite containing a breech for placement of the main charge, stepped barrel for placement on the steps of explosive charges and launched bodies designed for their additional boost. The additional explosive charges are positioned before the piercer. The tops of the continuation of the middle tapered surfaces of the additional explosive barrel. Each additional explosive charge is provided with an independent system of detonation initiation with a detonation time-delay system.
EFFECT: enhanced speed of launching and reduced weight of the explosive charge with respect to the weight of the launched body.
